The Ski-ters perform rain or shine most Wednesday and Sunday summer nights at 6 pm CST on the Twin Falls Flowage "Badwater" 8 miles east of Florence on Highway US 2 & 141.

Florence ATV/UTV Park - 17 fenced acres of jumps, hills, mud and fun for UTV/ATV’ers near Fisher Lake just off the main US 2 trail.
Florence Bark Park for Dogs - The Florence Bark Park is located near the Visitor Center parking area on the corner of US 2 and Hwy 70 in Florence. This 1.5 acre off the leash free dog park is a great place to let your dog run. Water is available near the adjacent RV Dump Station.
Florence County Historical Society Museum - Located at 201 Florence Avenue. Open June-September Thursday-Saturday 10:00am until 12:00pm
Keyes Peak Recreation Area - The Keyes Peak provides downhill skiing, snow tubing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing opportunities. Lift tickets and rentals at this county owned facility are very inexpensive. This facility also offers spring, summer and fall fun with a beach and boat landing on Keyes Lake, 18-hole Disc Golf course next to the ski hill, playground by the lodge and Keyes Peak Fitness Steps that climb 200 feet. It also provides panoramic views from the highest peak in Florence County. The view is especially spectacular in the fall. Keyes Peak is located on County Hwy 101 approximately 3 miles south of Florence. The beautiful, full log, ski lodge sells concessions in the winter and is available for rent the rest of the year for weddings and parties. The ATV/UTV and Snowmobile trails are accessible from Keyes Peak as well.
LaSalle Falls - With a 22 foot plummet, LaSalle Falls is the most impressive waterfall in the area. The trail ends at the 35 foot rock outcrop next to the falls, but the best view on foot is to climb down the steep and challenging hill to the base of the falls. Downstream of the falls is a gorge filled with rapids that runs for 1/2 mile. The best view of the area is in a canoe or kayak from the end of the gorge.
Rustic Road #74 - There is a signed 32 mile 2-loop Rustic Road tour through the Nicolet National Forest. It’s extra beautiful in the fall with hardwoods displaying yellows, oranges and reds.
Spread Eagle Barrens State Natural Area - This 8500 acre State Natural Area is the largest expanse of pine barrens and bracken grasslands in Wisconsin. The unique habitat is home to many rare bird species and a great place for blueberry and raspberry pickers. You can also hike, bike, snowshoe and cross country ski as well as fish in the lakes and streams.
Whisker Lake Wilderness - This 7,500-acre wilderness area is west of Florence on Hwy 70. It is a great place to hike and fish in peaceful solitude. You may primitive camp anywhere on this national forest property, but leave no traces.
