In a nutshell FCED facilitates job growth by:
  • Helping our current businesses find resources and money to succeed and grow
  • Guiding new entrepreneurs to helpful resources, business loans and site locations
  • Attracting new businesses to grow a cluster or fill a local product or service void
Location: The Economic Development office is in the lower level Room 134 of the historic 1889 Florence County Courthouse on 501 Lake Ave, 1 block south of US 2 in downtown Florence.

Office Hours: 8:30am-4pm but it's best to call or email for an appointment because meetings
and appointments take me away from the office at times.
