The Mine Shaft Bar and Grill, located at Camping in the Clouds on US 2, is now open - come meet the new owners. Open Wed-Sun at 11am until the bar closes. Our specialty is Wood Fire Oven Pizza and the extra tall Mine Shaft Deluxe burger. The renovated pool is open too for parties and open swim.
The Northern Lites Bar and Grill located on the corner of Hwy 70 and Keyes Lake Drive is open 7 days a week. It sits directly adjacent to the Blue Ox ATV and Snowmobile Trail. Welcome to Villa’s Lakeside Market & Liquor! We’re excited to be bringing back the party mart. We, along with our four sisters and families, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, and great grandparents have been enjoying Spread Eagle since the 1950s. Some of our cherished memories include countless birthday celebrations, family gatherings, 4th of July fireworks, proposals, weddings, and welcoming new family members. The party mart was a frequent stop for us (another cherished memory!) and it has been our pleasure to bring it back to life!
We open this store in memory of our mother, who was the center of our lives and at the heart of many of these memories. In 2023, she passed away suddenly at this lake that we love. She has inspired us to open Villa’s Lakeside Market and provide for the Spread Eagle community - a community that she loved dearly. Her home always had an open door and she made her guests feel very welcome. There was always room for “one more.” She cultivated a community of love, joy, and an everlasting sense of belonging. We aspire to run the store in honor of our mother. In addition to providing convenience store items, our goal is to provide a place for old friends to catch up, new friends to meet, and the community to make memories for many years to come.
